Over $2,600 for a nintendo switch. I understand marking up items for your type of service, but to mark it up over 500% is a scam.
Used to be a 4 to 5 star company and service till recently. I ordered a product and they claimed it would arrive in a few days. It's been almost 2 weeks with more excuses. Then I decided to look further into my account and find out that I'm paying almost double the amount of payments I was told I would pay, which comes out to almost $500 more than I was quoted. Un professional 💯%

Honestly Ms. Kay is the best don’t get me wrong some of the guys who has been with her is awesome. When she first came we had a Bump in the road but the respect level we have is awesome she is always helpful and loves her customer after my experience today if she was not there I would have just ended my rental items. So honestly if you need something call and ask for her. Because if she leaves I will no longer be a customer.
