I’m only giving three stars because I don’t know what happened in the past week or whatever but it seems like there’s no communication. I’m still waiting for someone to come fix my couch that I just got from buddies just two weeks ago… I also lost out on a referral because they put them on hold and never came back… So my friends that I referred chose to go else where.. I’m having to pay weekly for a couch that Has a broken piece that I reported on it.. I had gotten something in my email stating that it would be $100 credit since I was in a new agreement, but I never even got that… honestly, I don’t think I’ve gotten anything I actually wanted… I originally wanted another couch, which they said would not fit upstairs… They had made an agreement for a different mattress that I was going to be renting from them, but they Ended up giving me a different one…
Arrived at 6:50 pm 10 minutes before close 2 people working one finishing paperwork with another customer. One getting ready to close. They asked if I needed to make a payment I said no im interested in this couch. After that I was never acknowledged again they both walked off doing absolutely nothing acting like we were not in the store. Had cash money in my pocket they didnt only loose this sale, being my first visit It will also now be my last!

The Manger who helped me out was awesome! Very knowledgeable and went out of her way to call ALL the other stores to see if they had a specific Chofa that I was looking for. She made the application process smooth and quick! Highly recommend!

I've dealt with this store for some time now and have yet to be disappointed!..The atmosphere is very relaxed and they treat you like a friend...not to mention the manager ( Rebecca) is awesome and definitely cares!
