The manager at the Mechanicsville location, female manager, don’t know her name. I think it was Amber mistaken was very rude. Did not explain details and would not tell us how many many months we was paying for all she kept saying here down here so that’s why I asked for my refund back because she was just not nice at all
Kevin & Joey are excellent very knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond to install my washer and dryer for me. Kevin made sure to test it out to make sure the washer dryer unit worked properly.
