The person was rude when I placed a second call to them regarding issues with my washer and dryer. The person practically called me a liar when I told them that I placed a service call previously. I still have not received any response regarding my washer and dryer being serviced. I’ve never had issues before and have been a long standing customer. I will not be returning to them again.

No form of customer service. I walked into the store & the woman that was at the front dest didn't even acknowledge me. She proceeded with her call, didn't even say I'll be right with you or nothing. While I was standing there waiting for help, she walked off & went in the back, sat down & and continued with her phone call. After 1 minute later, I decided to leave. I really wanted to give a zero star

My experience has been really bad, I first had a conversation about an item that was told to me wasn’t available, but showed available on my end, and the representative was very rude, yesterday I had my order cancelled the day of delivery which was yesterday, because I called corporate, because I was told the order would be delivered between 3-5 , so after 5 I called the Mechanicsville branch and was told by Kenzie that oh yeah sorry the delivery is delayed because the drivers had to pick it up in Petersburg so when they get back we will assemble it and then get it to you , mind you it’s now after 5:00 , do I was like uhm ok , but I’m thinking had I not called them how would I have known, and was asked by the same staff member why did I call them when they just spoke with me,,, I said sir I can call whom I like, so he said he will not do business with me and will be canceling my account!!!

The mechanicsville va location is so ghetto Store forgot my washer and dryer 1st mistake also employee error btw. I had to take 2 days off of work and wait for the items to come and was given a time of 1 to 3 pm. The items didn't arrive until 5pm I was called and asked for a payment for the table I received and I explained I didn't understand why I was being made to make another payment when my contacts was supposed to be bundled and they gave me a free week for the delivery error. so y'all the manager talked to me so nasty just cause I asked them questions like make it make sense cause it's coming across hella unprofessional . I finally got so tired of him trying to argue bout it that I told him just pick the table up an drop off the washer and dryer. They finally get here he calling one of the numbers on the account that phone was on the charger so I call him from my personal device only for him to have a attitude about that as well they then told me to get the washer and dryer I had to return the table so I said no problem but I don't get that when he has to bring in the washer and dryer their in the same space kenzie the store manger became so feminine and disgustingly disrespectful it didn't make sense I told him your doing all this but I was just about to make the table payment he told nah you said return it that what we doing so I said fine no problem. That man called the driver an told him to take the table and don't leave the washer or dryer after I've taken 2 days off from work and paid for both items and waited as he left me on hold for over 30 mins purposely smh so I politely called the chester store and asked they place a call to George the district manager because baby the way you will not play with another customer like that. Im almost absolutely certain as long as Kenzie the manager I mean the actual store manager rent a center will continue to lose good customers
