Was in need of another washer & dryer. I called and spoke with store manager Bobby and had a brand new washer and dryer delivered and installed a few days later. My husband and I are completely happy and satisfied with our selection. Thanks store manager Bobby.

They claimed to be understanding yet completely disrespected me, making claims that could have damaged my professional reputation. I will be securing documentation verifying the return of the items I selected today and will NEVER purchase from them again. 7/12/2022 UPDATE: I went to pick up the documentation I requested confirming the items were returned today and Bobby, who was extremely rude and disrespectful, stated that the documentation was destroyed…KNOWING that I asked for it. He was so rude and condescending about it that I had to leave before I reacted in a way that would have been outside my norm. I will be getting in contact with the corporate office about this.
