Very displeased. I special ordered a 65-in LG QNED from this location during a 2024 Memorial Day sale, and everything about it has been a bad experience. First, they lost my down payment and I had to cover a second down payment while I waited two months to get the original funds back. Then, THEY LOST THE TV! After excessive back and forth, it turned out that MY SPECIAL ORDER TV had been delivered to the store, and they unboxed it, unwrapped it, and put it on the shelf for display!!! When I finally got it delivered, they brought it without any of the original packing material, a big grease mark in the middle of the screen (had I seen that sooner I wouldn't have tipped the two young men that delivered it), and they didn't bring the TV instructions or the TV's matched smart remote. The remote they did bring me was an older model that according to the LG website, was for 2017-2018 TV models; DEFINITELY NOT FOR A 2024 QNED! And, every time I have had to use it for basic universal functions, my anger is refreshed by the bold message displayed on the TV declaring that the remote is not compatible. I'm sure this mix-up happened when they put my TV on the shelf for display; However, even after bringing it to the store's attention (Sherrie specifically), the error was not rectified. Twenty months, and a fully paid contract later, still nothing... If I ever want to be able to enjoy the full functionality of my TV, I'm going to have to go out and PAY EXTRA for an item that should have been correctly provided in the first place 😒
Great service! The manager Chris answered any and all of my questions. Extremely professional and knowledgeable! Plus the store is fully stocked. I am definitely coming back!
I'd rather not... All I can say is I had no idea you could actually be denied while having a good standing bank account for a year the same employer for a year, oh and a previous account 10 or so years ago that was in good standing and items eventually returned undamaged. I be in bewilderment 😂🤣
I recently got two items and one was not the right one. So the salesperson Sherie, took care of everything. Made my day a whole lot brighter!! Definitely would recommend to family and friends!! RVA Broad St store!!
