Tammy assisted me with my online order. She was very professional and down to earth. She went above and beyond to find one of the items I ordered that was not at her store. Even though it was not the same one, it was the same name brand and I just so happened to love it if not more; and she had it shipped to her store. She was fast and reliable and I couldn’t be more happy with her customer service. Thank you Tammy for making me a happy customer and I know someone will be very happy on Christmas 😁

I will never buy here again! I have had a job change and had to miss a week of work due to loss in the family so it has put me behind on payments! I called the store and asked if they can come pick it up because I can’t pay on it, they scheduled a pick up day. When that day came, Tammy called to lower the payments and I just told her I still could not afford it right now. I have other bills that I have to pay. She then moved the pick up day to four days later when the four days came and it was time to pick up the couch they came in to pick up the couch and I told them my dog got a hold of the arms of the couch so Tammy told them to not pick up the couch that I still have to pay that’s they can not take the couch back! I told her that I physically can not afford it right now and she then told me we could go to court! If this is how you run a business then I will take my business somewhere else

The Manager Tammy listened to me when I came in about a listing I saw on the Buddy's website. That washer wasn't at her store, but she found where it was and had it delivered to my house. It was a great deal on a used washer! Very professional and great service!
