Hopefully this might be the nail in the coffin. I currently have two agreements with this store and have been behind on payments since I lost my job back in December of last year. Me explaining this, it seems that fell on deaf ears because I asked if I could start making weekly payments instead of biweekly. It was my understanding that they could make that happen, but after looking at my online account - a now closed account - it was still billed as biweekly. At that point, there was no point in trying to reason because I was always called by Tabby who felt the need to talk over me when explaining my situation every single time. If I'm trying to negotiate so that things can go smoother, don't expect me to be civil if you can't listen to reason. If they wanna pursue legal action, I'm willing to accept any punishment if I'm unable to pay $411.76 or to be accurate $3,000 for one ps5 and $800 for another. I'm not gonna continue to be harassed and have my door banged on for a $400 payment when I only earn $200/week to which if I hold off rent just to pay Buddy's, I'm looking at the same amount for rent by the end of the month.... And what of other bills I gotta pay?!? Is Buddy's gonna pay my rent?!?

Tabby Liz and Rodney made sure I got what I needed and when I needed it no matter what. I’m very appreciative of them. I am a single mother and Nurse and I needed a washer and dryer as soon as possible and they made that happen for me and I truly appreciate these people. Thank you and I will definitely be getting more in the future.

The office lady tabby threatened my husband over the phone then made threats to me to have me “thrown in jail” and everything else. Call my husband names and was just down right rude and ugly! Should definitely not be able to run this business she thinks she owns it. Mean while delivery guy is on some time of drugs🫠. The bed we got was also broken with promises to replace or mirror and didn’t.

I took down my last review because I thought we had made it right. Apparently not and they will tell to you however they see fit when they finally come get their furniture that you’ve set up three different days for them to come get. I set up two previous times to come get the furniture I was leasing through them. After setting up the days for pickup they continued to call for payment and charged my card then I was YELLED at that they did not charge my card when I have the transactions on my account. I ended up closing that account so they could not keep trying to charge it. I would answer every phone call to tell them that we set up a day for them to come pick up their furniture. They said oh I’m sorry the note must not have went into the computer. Fast forward through all of that to the day they say they’re coming to pick up. The two men come in to get the furniture. Didn’t even know which couch they were supposed to get so I explained to them and showed them the couch they were to be picking up. They removed the chair no issue. Then went to get the couch and the man hands me the phone and it’s Tammy from the store stating that I smashed the furniture and they will be pressing charges. There were no damages to the furniture that weren’t already there when they dropped the furniture off which were documented and haven’t been spoken about since. They apologized for the damage when they dropped off and I received a grace period on my first payment for the damage. But I’m willing to bet that wasn’t noted in their computer due to the same errors they had when my pickup was supposed to be noted several times. Tammy then proceeds to continue to fuss with me in a way I’ve never received from someone who is employed by a business and wants to continue to stay employed there. If I talked to my customers that way I would be fired immediately. On the way out with the couch one of the men picking up knocked over my jester and damaged the safety switch on the bottom so now the heater will not turn back on. I called the store to notify them and Tammy again. Says no it wasn’t and proceeds to tell me that all I do is complain and “talk out both sides of my face and doesn’t listen and doesn’t know what I’m talking about” then hangs up on me. So then I call back and o am hung up on several times. I genuinely do not understand how you are able to keep a job or a business open when you talk to customers that way and I know for sure any business still operating does not have employees that are allowed to talk to people that way. I text Brandy all of the information because she has previously text me on December 8th to set up pickup after trying to get payment for my account again. She apologized and arranged pickup on the 8th then the store tried to charge my card again on the 11th. I was also told by Tammy that never happened. I received sexual harassment from an employees at this store as well and filed a complaint to which it was made right and I continued business with them. Tammy also says that never happened. I genuinely hope this business is ready to go to court because it’s going to happen. If not with me then with someone because I have never in my life seen a business run this way and I advise anyone who is with them to get out now and anyone considering to not do business with them. A police report has also been filed for my heater and the treatment I received. Tammy also said go ahead, called me names, and hung up on me when I informed her of this. I am not the only one that had received this treatment so do not take this as an angry person who just didn’t get their way. This store has been allowed to get away with this for too long.
