Im not one to do the furniture/electronics rental thing. However I went in for an Amazon return. They had some attractive furniture, and their customer service person was so sweet!
Amazon issued my return label to be used at RAC. I complied BUT I will not go here again. They were supposed to open at 10 am but opened 10:15. They acted like they didn't know what they were doing. The thing I didn't like was they wouldn't give a return receipt for my records. This place should not be a Amazon return center.
Found a washer dryer set that was advertised online in stock paid the deposit and then they said that the set wasn't available the set was 19.99 a week when we went to set up delivery they said yt was asnt available and that the price was gonna be 35 a week because of taxes I know taxes on 20 a week are not nowhere here ten dollars what a rip off still waiting on refund
Took me about a month to get around to it, but on October 11th, one of the workers (Jeremiah, if I remember correctly) genuinely had to carry both a washer and a dryer up two flights of stairs just to install it at the top floor of my apartment. Genuinely looked like a miserable task but he was super polite and quick, absolutely no complaints about the products themselves, but genuine shoutout to that guy.
Travis and Anthony were wondering delivering my furniture. Made sure i was happy with where it was placed and everything. Also the store manager (sorry forgot how to spell your name) was a delight to work with.
My husband and I had MULTIPLE problems out of them. First when we got our fridge from them they gave us one that did not work and then was told that the serial number on the fridge we were given did not match what was on our account. So we had been paying for almost a month on a fridge we weren’t even supposed to have! We were supposed to be on a bi weekly payment and they kept changing it to weekly and refused to change it back to bi weekly. When we found a better fridge for a better deal we told them they could come get their fridge. They told us it would be Friday at 1:30 before they could get it. They did not come to pick it up until Monday. When they came to pick it up they were extremely disrespectful by backing into our yard when it was not needed and talking badly about our house and yard ( I have video proof.). Will not recommend this place to anyone ever. If I could give it 0 stars I would. NEVER AGAIN.
