If you’re thinking about coming here, DONT. They are so unprofessional. At first we ordered a couch and they had to drive to get it. Ripped it in the process so we then had to get another couch, and they ripped it, and tore my door frame up in the process of bringing it into our home. We have paid every week other than the last to weeks. We changed it to bi weekly payments. I have been in the hospital due to pre term labor. And haven’t been home in days, and don’t know when I will be able to come home. They said they didn’t care about my situation, and the manger herself said she has 4 high risk pregnancies. Okay that’s you not me. They don’t care about what you go through or even to try to help. We got the insurance on it to if something happened it covers the cost. And now they are saying it doesn’t when we clearly have the agreement. Once again very unprofessional, and their stuff is cheap and bad quality. DONT GO HERE. If your one week behind they will try to repo your stuff. They also came to my house today and was beating and kicking on my door, and then proceeded to wiggle my door handle trying to get in while I’m in hospital. (Thankfully neighbors saw it) but I wouldn’t try this company especially if there trying to get into your home well your not there, especially laying up in a hospital bed

I chose this establishment only because I had an emergency with my washer and dryer and needed a temporary one. I have never missed a payment so last week I called and asked if I could make the week’s payment the following week. I spoke to a nice gentlemen who said I could get it extended to the following Saturday if I paid a partial payment and I did. It’s Friday, the day before we discussed and I’m getting back to back calls. I called the store to see if I could just pay the remaining work this coming weeks payment in one and some girl, NANCY tries to explain to me that the payment I made gave me an extension and wouldn’t be deducted from my balance and proceeded to talk in circles. I tried several times to explain to her the conversation I had with the guy and that the math wasn’t adding up based off my previous conversation and promise. She then started trying to talk down and with attitude so I told her I was done with speaking to her and asked for the guy I spoke to originally or her manager. She puts the phone down(mind you I can still hear her) talking loud and said “I don’t why she wants to speak wth you when she has to talk to me anyways etc” the gentleman got on the phone with ease, admitted his mistake and miscommunication but I asked for Nancy’s full name or last initial to file a complaint and she’s in the background going, “don’t give her my info” etc I’ve never encountered such horrible customer service, not to mention she got back on the phone, said she didn’t want to talk to me and hung up in my face! I called back, made my payment with the guy and I will be seeing this through. Nancy does not need to be in management if she doesn’t know the first thing about customer service and professionalism!!

This place has horrible employees from the beginning I had issues. My delivery date was suppose to be a Monday I didn't hear from them i had to call and ask what was going on I was told that they had to many deliveries. They finally came that Tuesday without having the slacks for my bed the foot of my sofa was ripped off. The delivery driver said that they were coming back Wednesday again I had to call and all both of the delivery drivers are off on Wednesday which is crazy. When the driver came on Thursday he told them at the store that I aid for the raiser for the bed but they didn't give it to him so he had to go back to the store. I had to send extra money this week at a hotel because I had no where to sleep dealing with these people. Now every Friday at 12 I get a call and asked if I can make a payment which is ridiculous to be calling people before the close of business for payment. They are acting like furniture loan sharks. I will be returning their products and go somewhere else that will not harass me before I have a chance to make a payment which I have never missed. Do yourself a favor go across the street to Aaron's or rent a center better quality and less headache.

DISGUSTING attitudes and customer service. Also, the STORE manager walks around with a hoodie on and a face mask on acting like she is too good to speak to someone! They LIE about everything and claim phone calls are recorded until you ask for the recording! Let a man stand IN STORE and cuss them for 30 to 45 minutes IN FRONT OF MY KIDS and let him make his payment and go about his day even though he was delinquent on his account, but then when they get a 60 second phone call telling them how unprofessional they are from my husband they cancel my ALREADY SIGNED CONTRACT and REFUSE to deliver my furniture and according to THEIR contract the only thing it says about termination of contract is through myself! Also their interest rates are through the roof! They also have no selection in store whatsoever and instead of ordering the set I wanted they told me to get a temporary set while they order the set I wanted which was then stated would only take 4 to 5 days to order so why I needed to get a temporary set I have no clue but I reluctantly agreed bc I was told that would be the best way to “get me in the door.” Funny thing is the phone call happened at around 11am my furniture was supposedly scheduled for 4pm(even though I was told the day before my furniture would be delivered around lunchtime) and the STORE manager didn’t call me until 4:15 to tell me they decided to cancel my contract and delivery bc they got their feelings hurt when they were told they were unprofessional! I was also sent an email for $100 off of my total cost to which she tells me she didn’t send the email(even though it was sent with her name on it) and decides not to honor it! I let a few things slide bc i understand people have bad days but this store is completely unprofessional and I’m not sure why they even have a corporate number bc I was told almost two weeks ago that the owner would be calling me and I’m STILL waiting for that call too!
