Your store called with a promo you'll was having pay bill on day before 4th July they will.match payment the follow week. Basically bogo deal. So I would have next week off. Yet they still took payment. Called store talk to lady she acknowledged the deal wasn't honor and would get back with me. Still no words. Tho that next payment was tooken from my acct. And when first signing contract the washer and dryer wasn't working properly and my down payment on that I have no access too. But now that one week later im waiting on a bank card yall calling and all that yet inside company I have 2 weeks free beside point if I check record I have brought many things from yall other than a few late payments. 🙃 but this goes to show customers aint the only ones late on payments. Here yo money

What an experience! I walked into the store and Rosaly help my wife and I. We didn’t see anything we liked however, Rosaly showed us their catalog and we were able to find exactly what we wanted. Definitely a great person eager to make sure the customer is satisfied. I definitely appreciated the transparency on the time frame it would take to receive our order test we ended up receiving it 2 weeks early. I high recommend this store and specifically Rosaly she’s amazing.

Horrible horrible horrible! If I could give no stars, I would. I will never deal with Rent-A-Center or at least this location ever again. My sister and I were very transparent with them and updated them on any situation we had with a payment and they called every single day, even multiple times a day. Rose and Adam are absolutely horrible to deal with. The only associate there that was helpful was Gabriel and Rakim, they were the only helpful ones with empathy and customer service skills. But even then, we will not be coming back as a customer. I’ll go to Aaron’s, Buddy’s, any other rent to own place than this place

Pam was very helpful and I never have to wait but only a minute for her attention to my purchase. She always listens, explains everything and is truly concerned about my experience as a shopper. You don't find such outstanding customer service anywhere! She also works with me to give me the best price for renting that is very workable for my budget. Money for me is very tight, and she is always working to help me whenever I am in need of a laptop. I am presently studying for an exam and I don't know what I would do if rent a center was not available! I would no doubt have to go to our local library which is miles away and gas is very expensive. Now that I have a laptop to work with it takes all the stress off and I can study for my exam not having to worry about finding a laptop. I also want to thank the rest of the staff as they are truly helpful and always greet people in a friendly manner. Thanks to Annie as well, who was also very helpful. Like Pam she really went out of her way to help me as soon as I walked in the door. Thanks again to all the staff for the wonderful customer service. It truly means a lot!

Great Staff. Great Selection. Carlos and Pam do a great job running everything. Much better than the other one 200 yards away. Annie can get you anything you need, over the phone even. Seriously, if you need something just call Annie. You will never have to leave your house. She'll get the best available at the best price, delivered asap. Whether it's Rose or Annie helping over the phone or at the store, Or one of the great delivery drivers (always early night I add) dropping off your items, you won't be disappointed. 2 years with them, should have done a review sooner.
