Horrible customer service make errors by not properly updating correct phone number. Attempt to explain to management they appear to be very dismissive and incompetent. I've called corporate as well and was sent back to the store to speak with another unprofessional manager with invalid information.

This location sells faulty product don’t stand behind it they remove your insurance without telling you and when something goes wrong they tell you you’re pretty much screwed. Don’t do business with them and there’s nothing they can do about it

I wouldn’t come here for anything just buy it new. New is expensive, but buying cheap gets even more expensive. My advice to anyone that’s even thinking about buying anything from this company just don’t just go buy it new. This place is the biggest scam. I don’t understand how this entire company is still in business. Just a horrible experience. The insurance is the biggest scam…. I honestly will not recommend this place to anyone. Or this company In general. PLEASE BUY NEW rent a center benefits plus is the biggest scam they take money out from your acct every week and when something is not working they will not fix it. They send some person to your home that doesn’t even know what they are doing not even a tech or nothing some random person at your house looking at google on how to fix your appliance. The insurance they claim it cover your appliance is a scam. Just buy new go to home depot or Lowe’s or Best Buy and buy new. Cheap is not the best option. There benefits plus they claim to cover anything is complete trash is a scam is bogus.

This place is a joke, one day late because of health problems in the family and they are coming to knock at your door and the drivers mocking while trying to call and make a payment! REAL PROFESSIONAL RENT A CENTER 👍🏻

I signed an agreement on Dec 23rd, and still have not received my order. I've already made a few payments. I've called 3 times this week with no answer. I feel like I'm being robbed
