It is such a bait and switch joint. Their stuff on the floor you pick out is never what's delivered. They also cold call your references to try to sell them crap, even though they swore they never do that.

This Garden city Rent a Center is a joke , the whole team are not on the same page I did have trouble with them already but i called 1/16/23 for my refund and they told me it has to be in cash so I didn't come in that day I told my husband to go on 1/17/22 so he went inside and they told him that they already gave me the refund back on the credit card Maria the DM said she did which she didn't . I had it with these people .. I wish i never done bossiness with them at all the workers are rude and unorganized , I'm still waiting for my head bored since 11/26/22 I was told I would pay for my bed set when I got all my item's but they still asked for the bed payment and still waiting for my foot bored since i ordered it on black Friday sale NO stars

the store in garden city kansas is by far the worse experience i've ever had to say this bunch is rude would be an understatement they called one of my references and threatened to kick his ass. every week they try to double charge you and they make it no secret that they are gang affiliated. When will corporate wake up to this disturbing problem

I had some problems with them at first, but now none at all. I like I idea if something you get through them acts up, they can take it to get it fix and leave a replacement for you.
