been running off for the center for at least seven years and never had a problem with them I think the new manager is better than the one it was there seems to take more of his time

I have been a long time customer with this store.. I recently was expecting a delivery for a washer and dryer between 5-7. My dad sat up at my house for over an hour to meet them. I first received a call from the delivery driver that he was running late and then only moments later someone from the store called to say that it won't be delivered today at all and they need to reschedule. I work 12 hour days and my dad works as well and can't sit at my house everyday for me. I feel like they should be working with what works for the customer as well. I have to begin paying for the product before I receive it yet they expect you to just take off work so you can be home. I feel like how the situation was handled was incredibly unprofessional.

I've been with RENTACENTER for over 20 years and they haven't let me down yet! I want to give special thanks to MIKE STORE MANAGER AND HIS ASSOCIATES DEVIN, AND NICK AND AARON! NOW UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT (BRANDON AND HIS WORKERS ! THANKS SO MUCH FOR MAKING MY RESIDENT LOOK FABULOUS AND A HAPPY PLACE TO LIVE & CALL MY HOME! DON'T THINK TWICE RENTACENTER GOT YOU! I tried to rent through RAC and they wouldn't allow me to rent until I showed them a deed to the house I lived at. I provided my ID and a utility bill in my name that both confirms my address but they wanted a deed still. I went to Aaron's and they happily let me rent without a deed and they even said it's kind of weird for them to ask for a deed in the first place. I highly recommend Aaron's over RAC.

I highly recommend this store! Alexi went above and beyond to make sure I got the right furniture set. Not only did Alexi make sure I was happy with my purchase but she and Barb delivered the HEAVY couch by themselves up multiple steps and assembled it with ease and without complaint. THOSE GIRLS ROCK! I will continue to give this store my business without a doubt!
