Lexi is an amazing manager. They always took care of me no matter what and there generosity and compassion is incredible I would recommend this place to anyone. They are awesome.

The salesman was asking for my card and signatures before ever talking to me about my weekly price, added the protection plan without even asking me, got my name wrong on my application, and clearly didn’t want to explain how the same as cash pricing worked.

How can you not give them 5 stars. They deliver it , they set it , and they provide excellent customer service. I bought everything for my house so far from them and nobody gave better service than these employees. 5 stars all the way

I did like this store. I missed 2 payments (which is my fault) when I rent a TV and fireplace from them. When I made the payments I missed, I also paid off the stuff in full. I asked the people there (I believe his name was malachi) if I was still okay to rent because of my missed payments. He assured me that nothing would happen and I was okay to rent with them again. Even gave me ownership credit for when I decided to rent with them again. I go there today and they say I can't rent with them, the system declined me. Which I understand because of my missed payments but I feel like they lied to me when they said I could. What is the ownership credit for and why was it given also if I can't rent with them. This is months apart from when I first rented with them. Only giving a 1 star because they lied to me and didn't give me the truth from the beginning.

I was referred to this store by a friend. There was a really good deal on washers and dryers. The 6 month option seemed to be a good decision at that point. I didn’t have to spend hundreds at once, I could pay it off in 6 months. I let the salesman know I ONLY wanted the 6 month option. I did not want to pay for it three times. I was explained the 6 month payment plan. Signed my paperwork, as the salesman explained everything to me. Well here I am a year later and 18 payments left. How is that owning it in 6 months?! This was the biggest scam I have ever been a part of. I now will continue to pay because I almost own it. But I will NEVER support this crooked rip off business again. The man that did that shady contract should be so ashamed of himself. He knew exactly how to explain it to make sense even though I questioned it in writing.
