Rude, uncouth, talk to you as if you urinated in their Cheerios. Store Mgr Mr.B is great and delivery guys are great, technician great. Need to purchase more items but will not . Talk to me how I talk to you Mr.P. And you know who I'm referring to. Called to payoff refused to send link , unable to pay online. l didn't want to provide my card info wanted to see the info. Mr. P gave verbal payoff amount then called back with new amount, claims he need the card info to send a link . Good deals but rude as heck. Hard times trying to make good on purchases never dealt with a business that was disturbed because your trying to make good on your end of the deal. One rep advised pay pass due and another you have to pay it off, please get on the same page.
can’t say enough good things about Brandon, the store manager at Rent-A-Center. He has gone above and beyond for me every single time I’ve needed help. Whether it was working with me on payments, answering questions, or just making sure everything went smoothly, he’s always handled it with professionalism and genuine care. It’s rare these days to find someone who truly looks out for their customers, but Brandon does exactly that. You can tell he takes pride in his store and his team. Everyone there is respectful, helpful, and easy to work with. I highly recommend this Rent-A-Center location to anyone looking for great service and people who actually care. I’m very thankful for Brandon and his team, they’ve made a big difference for me.
If you need to rent something be prepared to maybe receive it,maybe not. They ask you to sign docs online PLUS more proof of lease, & your income ( if you’re self employed forget about it ). However, they will lead you to think you were accepted and they will send you message confirmations with specific date/ times about your delivery. Only to give them a call and find out the documents were not accepted. Letting you struggle to find an alternative last minute because they don’t do a follow up call to let you know otherwise. Thankfully I found rental somewhere else but talk about the inconvenience/ lack of communication!!!

Be careful with this location, DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Highly disorganized, unprofessional, very rude and disrespectful Staff with terrible customer service. After being unable to complete the online process, which is supposed to be a convenient way to shop, I spoke with Manager Ozzy about their inventory and how the online process is messed up. He explained that just because it shows in stock online at their location doesn’t mean they actually have it and he would need to call around to other stores to find it. I ended up taking off work to go in store to complete my order as I was trying to establish delivery before the Black Friday sales rush. I had an emergency situation where my family had to move and quickly find furniture. I then spoke with Brandon who seemed more professional, knowledgeable, and willing to help. After compromising and choosing a bedroom set they had in store and could be delivered faster, I was assured that my furniture was reserved would be delivered ASAP the following Friday. Ozzy then calls me back the day of delivery again eager to cancel my order, and explains that they DO NOT have what I signed my agreement for and canceled the order upon my request. I was just not willing to continue to go back and forth with someone who was already rude so I decided to move on to another furniture company that would value my business and assist with my urgent needs..If you must use this location, you have to go in store and see it for yourself. Don’t do anything online. Not even corporate was able to assist with their website. Good luck and prayers to all families in need who may be starting over. Kindness goes a long way but clearly was missing here.
