I'm not sure where to start with the mess that has been my experience at Rent A Center. I went in to purchase a sofa love seat combo and was entirely misled regarding the pricing and specifics of the contract. Beware that when the salesperson says the RAC Benefits Plus is required it is not. They may also tell you that the quoted price includes the Benefits Plus coverage and it also does not it is in addition to the monthly payment. The salesperson that was helping me also explained the contract details sometimes contradictory to what is actually written in the contract. I called the next day requesting to cancel the optional coverage and the gentleman I spoke with told me that covers any damages to the product which is what the damage liability coverage they put into the price of the rental is for. The person I spoke to told me the Benefits Plus had been removed from my account. Upon writing this review 7 days later it is still showing as part of my next upcoming payment. I also recommend not expecting the delivery to be made at the scheduled time mine finally showed up 2 hours later. While delivering they tore 2 dime size holes in the sofa. They then tried to leave as fast as possible when I told them they damaged the sofa they told me they would tell the manager about it and they would call Monday. I did speak with the manager and he in informed me that they would replace the damaged furniture That was 6 months ago I finally gave up waiting for them to "make it right" bought out the furniture and went elsewhere. I can't express the total disgust I have for this location and their total incompetence when it comes to customer service. The manager gave great lip service but never backed up his promises with results. Please go elsewhere and have a better experience than I did.

This place is my favorite place on earth. People may say its not the best route to go but these guys especially MIKE ! He's tha man! With that being said the man with the best crew! They have went above and beyond to be more than accommodating to me and my many questions. Thank you so much much for all you do for my family. MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HOPEFULLY A happy New Year!
