They approach when you walk in and direct you to what you are looking for then they make sure you're okay and will step back and not hover over you while you make decisions with your spouse . Very friendly staff in person and over the phone . Most definitely recommend this location due to such kindness in these employees .

He was very professional and polite and was the pleasure to do business with. Unfortunately I do not remember his name. But you are lucky to have him as an employee. He did whatever he could to work with us. He is definitely a keeper.

I was in looking around as my daughters were next door shopping! I was actually looking for a new living room set! The manager Stephanie is so incredibly rude and treated me like I was a criminal! She watched my every move ! I sat on a couch to see if I liked it she said please don’t sit on the furniture! Being a woman of color I found her very rude and offensive! I will never return here or recommend this store to anyone please get better people!

We were helped by Corbin and he was very good with customer communications and helped us find what we needed quickly and at a good price. We had a horrible experience there about 6 years ago, but it is clear that the people running this store now are here to help us. We got to drive away with our washer and dryer in no time. Thank you Rent a Center!

Justin was absolutely awesome to work with! Great sense of humor and amazing customer service! After a horrible experience with a different rent to own business it was very nice to have someone who cared about what we were getting, if I could rate higher than 5 stars I would!
