I went in and asked for a bundle deal and Chelsea hooked me up with 4 appliances and they are really nice (I didnt know what the stove and fridge looked like) and my payment are really low!! Just wanted to leave a review for her saying "thanks girl"!!!!

So rent a center in Canton Illinois can take home this thank you... I live with severe adhd mild hype focusing issues, music is my life!! I had to send back my speaker and they knew i loved it!!! So they kept it for a bit for me,even complemented me for the sound quality.plus they work with us breaking their backs to help us have what we like from their store.. if rac has a bad rap i being a toxic hateful guy over an onion litteraly am dang proud to give this specific store a review.. ps my time borrowed i have mds ... I wouldn't take time to post this if i did not have a quality to my standard experience.. my standards on sales are impossibly high... Good gob canton RAC!!!

I am extremely concerned about my experience at Rent A Center. I originally ordered a couch and loveseat from Rent A Center and set up automatic payments. Before I received the products, I cancelled my order. A few days later, Rent A Center took $74.23 from my account autopay. I called them and inquired about the withdraw. They promised a refund right away. I did receive the refund in my account but the next day, it was removed again. It took far too many phone calls and complaining to get the money back for products I never received. I would like to know why that payment was taken in the first place. I don't trust this business at all. July 8, 2024 I contacted the phone number as requested. The young woman I spoke to was helpful and will have this problem reviewed so no other person has money withdrawn from their account after canceling it.
