Went there looking for a tv stand. Ended up leaving due to the fact I feel its unprofessional for a worker to follow my family and i around the store talking about how they have a non binary kid and how people need to except it. Im here to buy something not have my kids hear your personal opinion on gender..
Terrible customer service and communication. I had a bed set delivered, or I should say attempted to be delivered and while in the process of doing there assembly, they realized they forgot the baseboard to the bed frame. So they left and told me “we’ll be right back”. Well 2 hours goes by and it’s now 7:30pm on a Friday and I get a call from the store manager saying they have my baseboard ready to be installed. So I let them in, they come up to install it and realize it’s the wrong one! So, not only did they leave that night and tell me, “we’ll follow up with you as soon as possible”, they left the wrong baseboard in my house as if it is mine to store and take up room in my apartment? However I give them grace and let it slide expecting they make it all right soon. Well it’s now been an entire month since I was supposed to have my bed set delivered and set up and I haven’t heard a thing from them. Not one attempt to call me or email me, yet they’ve charged me for it. I’ve also called the store multiple times with no answer. Will never buy from here again.
They put together our bedframe with zip ties, then wanted us to purchase another bed set and pay more, my husband came home and fell through the bed and all they could do was blame the person who put it together, and proceeded to talk about how it was good he didn’t work for them as if they didn’t hire him in the first place.
I have rented from them for years! They are very inconsistent! No one is on the same page! Some employees are very kind but there is a couple very rude ones! Extremely rude! For the cost you pay not worth it! After I finish this last lease I will never again! I would definitely recommend not the hassle the cost and the inconsistency is not worth it!
The manager tried to hold me responsible for another persons account after not repairing a broken dryer and asking them to sign a brand new agreement without giving credit to them. Would NOT call me back to make a payment on current item!
I love this location. The team is so nice and always helpful. This is my second time coming to this location for a new contract. I paid my last purchases off and decided this was a great deal and love the low payments.
The customer service is exceptional. We needed a same day delivery, the team listened and met our needs. A special shout out to Edward, the Manager, and the delivery driver.
