I have used RentaCenter for many years. They have always been kind and help you when you need it to ensure you keep your rentals until paid for. The customer service I have always received can't be beat in my opinion.

Stopped into this Rent a Center today to look at furniture. When we walked in, all we heard were two guys swearing back and forth. We weren't greeted at all. We walked around the entire store, and we were never greeted or asked if we needed help. We did not give them our business. We walked out.

We have quite a bit of things we have bought and rented. We recently had a sectional through them than we purchased another from somewhere else. They were to pick up the sectional a week ago and no communication till I called now it’s been a week and they stated they can pick up but it would be their secretary and she would need help. This was to happen at 2:30 august 9, 2023. No call and no show I called at 3:30 and they did not answer both my calls. Needed to get back to work so did state it was on our porch for pick up. Got a call at 5-5:30 stating they only could load cushions and foot stool being we were not home to help load. Than they stated one cushion was wet and smelled of pee. There is total miscommunication on their part and now I have the two pieces of sectional still on my porch and chair and they are closed for the evening. Will still continue with their services but not very happy at all with this experience. They kept saying well our delivery drivers have quite unfortunately I understand but they still do have customers as I am still a customer.

Transferred payments to their store when I moved here 6.5 years ago. Always have a great time hassling the staff & they get some good laughs in when I visit. I've bought several items through them over the years and never had a complaint. If there was an issue it was resolved quickly.
