This location is used for Amazon return items; exercise caution when visiting as I experienced an issue with a recent return. A few weeks ago, I attempted to return two items to Amazon, but upon receipt, they only acknowledged one item and are now attempting to charge me for the second item, which I refuse to pay. I contacted the location, spoke with an individual claiming to be the manager, and inquired about the returns; she stated that she placed them in the Amazon return basket. Regardless of the circumstances, it is essential to be cautious.

Please save your money. They are rude, nobody does their job. They act like it’s their merchandise and an honor to do business with them not the other way around. Got mad cause I call corporate on them for not doing the job they supposed to do. Sad bunch of people

I signed up online with Rent-A-Center two weeks ago and uploaded every document they requested. I never received a single call or follow-up. The Black Friday “special” turned out to be a complete lie—when I finally called the store, they didn’t even have the product I ordered. The customer service was honestly the worst I’ve ever experienced. The employees had nasty attitudes whenever I asked simple questions, and they repeatedly asked me for the same documents I had already uploaded on day one. No communication, no accountability, and they talk to you like they’re doing you a favor. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else. This location desperately needs new management, because this is unacceptable. It’s a shame it be your own people.

Alleged manager named avi or abi called my phone cursed me out hung up then called back and left a message saying I stole something from them I literally have never been to rent a center or used them and I def won’t be in the future to be a manager and talk to people like that is wild don’t know how he is till employed
