Buyer beware!!!! Do not I repeat do not buy from this store. If you do be ready to be harassed daily weekly whenever with phone calls repeatedly until the end of time! I have requested every phone to call to please put in the notes I do not want to be contacted or called regarding any promotions or asked to common for any purchases and het week after week I am told the note gets deleted and I get called sometime daily until I scream and yell and then it’s weekly and no matter how much I’ve asked to please stop calling the continuously do so. Try to block their number they call from a new one. The harassment and ptsd is becoming very real. I have contacted corporate and they also did nothing to rectify the harrasssing phone calls. The only thing I can do is change my phone number and possibly identity at this point. Do not recommend all for a washer that I needed immediately and they were my quickest option at the time. Highly regret!
I paid over $3,000 for a compact stackable washer dryer. I also paid for the Aaron's club membership. 30 days later it broke. I hired a electrician thinking it was my fuse box but the electrician told me it was a known issue with these washer driers. They would not work with me all they tried doing was getting me to lease a new one. SCAM. Even the corporate Aaron's tried reaching out to them because they felt like I was being wronged. I was left without a washer/drier over 4th of July weekend!!!!!!
Most of the employees at the kingshighway store have no customer service skills especially the store manager. I agree with a review that I saw she talks down to people, very rude, and just unpleasant to talk too. Also refused to give me the service that I asked for and literally fought with me about a return on a product that turned out to be a piece of crap when delivered.
Update: 4/18/24 If you look or can see the response from "corporate"... they leave a phone number.....THAT DOES NOT GO ANYWHERE MUCH LESS A CARE TEAM!! 🤬. Read all the reviews, they even name edili as the biggest culprit!! Talks down to people, doesn't give services promised!! Why is she still there?? UPDATE 4/9/24: I GAVE THEM A SECOND CHANCE AFTER THEY TEXTED, Emailed AND CALLED EVERY DAY. Sure enough they did not disappoint with the terrible customer service. The girl who works there...once again the website price didn't match what they wanted in the store..same issue as before. The she had the odasity to say to me, "we know how you are when you don't get your own way"!!! So I told them to cancel the order and to never contact me again. Another store in the area I called by accident said they hear that all the time about them. Stay away from kings hwy store especially the girl there. I can't say her name. UPDATED: TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION THERE. RECORD, SCREEN SHOTS...USE ALL THESE TO PROVE WHAT YOU OR THEY SAY. THE FURNITURE WAS SO CHEAPLY MADE, AT THE END OF THE RENTAL..I WILL HAVE PAID 5000$ FOR BROKEN DOWN JUNK. THE CSR SAID, "WELL I Don't MAKE THE FURNITURE. I'm not going into any more details, there's not enough room. BUT...CHECK WHAT YOU ARE PAYING..ALL THE FEES AND STUFF..GETTING $ REFUNDED IS A JOKE. I PAID FOR A FULL MONTH 225$, AND I RETURNED THE 3 ITEMS 1 WEEK INTO THE MONTH, THEY WOULD NOT REFUND ME THE $ PAID WHEN I NO LONGER HAD THE ITEMS. I AM LOOKING INTO THAT ONE STILL. THIS IS AN OLDER REVIEW FROM 11 Months AGO...LOTS CHANGED HUH.... **Staff very unfriendly.
