They called right away and made sure I knew everything i needed to have and bring with me. That was super helpful! Goin to pick up my kids game system in the next hr. The application was short and easy. My credit isn't the best due to my ex-husband messing it all up and I still was approved!

Walked in with questions on an order placed at another location on accident, Heather and Tracy were so kind and helpful in actually placing my order as the other location did not....Heather was able to create my order through them and send us a temporary seating arrangement while waiting on our order to come in......these ladies are amazing and so easy to work with....5 stars!!!! I recommend this location to anyone in the area!!!!
I just moved to the area and needed some furniture asap! The team at this store was so helpful! They are currently short staffed, but ensured I had next day delivery to accommodate my work schedule. I’m from California and staying at my son’s house here in Jacksonville for a while. My son, a Naval Aviator, was stationed at Mayport and now relocated to California with all his household items. I thought I didn’t need anything, but I was wrong. I contacted Rent-A-Center in Mayport and Herb, the Manager, went above and beyond to help me. I was unsure of the process and whether it was possible they could meet my needs. Well, Herb exceeded my expectations and expediently walk me through all my options. I am extremely satisfied with the prices, the service and commitment to take care of my situation. If you don’t think Rent-A-Center is for you, think again. Call & ask for Herb. He will make sure to surprise you and make your life a whole lot easier! I highly recommend Rent-A-Center, especially Herb!!!
