Lady working there at the Crescent St in Brockton one was rude, said I would have to pay $150 to rent a smartphone, that was too much so she said, "Ok thanks for wasting my time again" even after knowing it was my first time at a Rent a Center and wouldn't know their policy. Don't recommend coming here if you want to rent a smartphone, unless you have at least $150 to spend, otherwise you could just buy a phone for that price. Maybe people wouldn't "waste her time" if they didn't feel like she's scamming them?
