Purchased a product that was supposed to be new ... well it game damaged was told it was gonna be taken care of but never was .... then I have another agreement for a tv an was given an aditude over the phone about auto payment first off I've never missed a payment I actually always pay off early I've spent 10s of thousands of dollars with the company to be disrespected so looks like I'll just take my business else where!!
Worst place to rent from Monica is the worst customer service rep I’ve ran across in YEARS IF I COULD GOVE ZERO STARS I WOULD WENT FROM A GREAT EXPERIENCE TO A VERY DISPLEASING EXPERIENCE AFTER DEALING WITH MONICA all the other employees are great that lady is full of it 😂😂
My experience here has been so wonderful talking with Monica and Joseph has been so helpful and encouraging 10/10 would recommend ❤️❤️
This store was the best I walked in everyone had smiles and greeted me I was helped by Monica she was fabulous did all my paperwork and had the fridge delivered with in 30 mins it was fast I'm very happy thank you and the 2 young men who delivered were very polite
