This place will harass you me and my ex broke up and her account is no longer my business anymore and they constantly harass ive contemplated taking legal action due to the damage the left at the old residence i lived at and had to pay for and them trying to open the door they have also forced me out of my old residence and I have moved out of state because of them they are awful people and need to be shut down
Davina and the store manager at the Farmington NM were absolutely amazing. They both went above and beyond to help with securing rental washer and dryer withe the relocation from Austin.
Very friendly staff. They also are very helpful and make sure that you leave with some kind of agreement the best suits your financial needs.
Monica, the manager is extremely rude. Obviously has zero training in customer service. This place gets complaint after complaint, if there is an owner somewhere please do something to fix your store, i.e it's employees and especially management! I finally just returned the item. I wouldn't recommend this store to my worst enemy its that horrible.
Got a washer and dryer from this company. Called around November 2022 to have them fix my washer and dryer this was before I paid it off. They picked up the items gave me a loaner now it’s February 2024 the washer and dryer is paid off but they still have my items and I still have an old beat up loaner washer and dryer. They have not been great at communicating with me on updates on how my washer and dryer is being fixed or anything. All I want is my items I purchased fixed and back in my home. I don’t want the one they lent me.
When my game chair and desk was delivered they sent the wrong one. Also it was a refurbished chair and had cat scratches all down the back ,all the cords weren’t even sent with it. So when I called Rent-A-Center, they said they would take care of it immediately. When the delivery driver came back, he again sent me the same desk and table only it was a band new one. at this point I was pretty irritated but I said OK shouldn’t have but I did. So the next day I lost my wallet I had to cancel my cards. I let Rent-A-Center know I was waiting for my new card to come in so there would be a delay on the payment. They have harassed me every day since. I ordered this the day before Christmas. if it wasn’t For the fact that it was my son’s Christmas gift, I would’ve gave it back to them and been done because the woman I spoke to was like speaking to a wall. They say communicate I did, and yet that did nothing not very understanding about anything I couldnt even get the right items I ordered. not to mention for a refurbished game chair and desk. My payments were more than when I got a new one. They went down by three dollars that is ridiculous. Definitely won’t ever rent anything from here again. And good luck to those of you that do.
