The Rent-A-Center in Ada, Oklahoma is a little shady. Everything started off well. I got a couch for $130 ish a month and a refrigerator for $130 ish a month. Came to around $277 a month. As it is called RENT-A-CENTER. So I was RENTING. The reason I was renting was because I needed time to look around and get a refrigerator and a couch. If I had purchased the couch and made all of the payments the couch would be paid off. As well as the refrigerator. The refrigerator was the most basic refrigerator you can buy. Not even a full size refrigerator. At the end of the 2 years I would have paid around $2,400. EACH. So I was never planning on keeping it. I was RENTING it. A few days before the rent was due and the month was up I contacted RAC and informed them that I had since gotten a couch and fridge and that they could come pick the items up. At that time- I told the lady on the phone- so I’m done renting the items. And she made a date to have them picked up. I said —okay so don’t take the payments out of my account because I AM DONE RENTING THE ITEMS. She assured me that no mo sh would be taken out of my account. However, RAC proceeded to try to run a payment for $277 ish. THREE TIMES. So that’s some shady business if you ask me. I would NOT TRUST RAC WITH YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION. THEY WILL PROCEED TO TRY AND RUN NUMBERS THROUGH AND TAKE MONEY THAT THEY ARE NOT OWED. After the 3rd time of them trying to push the payment through I just blocked the business on my account to keep them from doing it repeatedly. I will not go back there again. I will do without first.

Rick in Ada is always attentive and respectful. He listens to what you need how your budget works. Very simple place to go. We have 10hrs experience in Ada and will continue to return

I do not recommend using Rent A Center on Main in Ada Oklahoma. The manager by the name of Rick is dishonest and makes deals with you regarding a problem just to brush you off until you call again. Corporate wants Rick to handle it. I’ve been dealing with a dryer repair issue with him for 7 months. I do not recommend using this store for your needs. Paid on time every month using automatic draft.

They took my money off my credit card so been waiting for them to get ahold of me well that didn't happen so I call them they told me that they don't sell bikes anymore so the 20 inch motor bike white with fat tires they don't sell them anymore lol been chasing this item for awhile and now nothing they said they was going to give my refund but that isn't the problem the run around is what I didn't like rude over the phone so now you guys win guess my money isn't green enough but thanks for trying lol

They are Rude as could be. We don't have anything and they have came to out house several times. They are ALWAYS cussing and chewing us out. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT EVER RENT FROM THEM. I warned you. I would give them 0 stars if possible. Quit harassing us. Had bed bugs & roaches years ago probably still do.

If i could five 10 thousand stars I would. John and william are amazing go above and beyond to make sure all needs are met in a timely matter. So understanding and helpful. Everything we have gotten from them is amazing works great would definitely recommend them
