Rent 1st

Everyone in the store is super nice and helpful until you have a financial setback. I had to make my payment a little late on the deep freeze I only owed 6 payment. And somehow my number of payment went from 6 to 18. My son got a mattress with his bedroom set from them. He paid $200 a month for at least a year and a half. Then they tried to say he still owed anotheryear in payments for the mattress. Which was part of the bedroom set he had already paid off! I will literally do without anything I ever need before I rent to own anything from Rent 1st again! Go to Aaron's, rent a center, anywhere, but don't go to rent 1st. They will end up robbing you of everything they can before you get anything paid off with them!

Martin yelled he was turning it over to his legal team. Brandon yelled he was coming to get it that day. I waited from Friday to Monday an no one came. They threw sticks at my door, tore my door, and opened a locked gate to enter my back yard. They left the gate open, and my dogs almost got out when I let them out of the house. Also I don't know what kind of people they hire but they were peeping in at my daughter an granddaughters scaring them. Then pounding or kicking my back door open. Would not recommend them at all. If they cuss an try to strong arm me they probably act that way to people in general when there is a need for help. There is no communication between them. Or they just wanna be dumb an rude. Don't rent from there.

Got a washer and dryer from here. The salesman was super friendly the entire time. Made sure we were helped but didn't hover while we made our decision. Once made, the process was super fast and easy! They delivered without an incident.

We had a great experience renting from rent 1st. The process was very quick and then Brian and Josh delivered my appliances within an hour after I left the store. They even unhooked my old appliances and took them outside for us. Would definitely recommend.

We have been doing business with Rent 1st since they came to Ada, have never had a bad experience with anything we have purchased. The employees are great, always courteous and gets the job done in a timely manner. They remind me when the payments are due & I love that. The employees always look so professional and treat us like we have Perfect credit & I Love that. Your doing great Rent 1st. Keep up the good work.
