Bruce is so rude the way he talks to people I don’t see how they are still in business! I just paid my bill last week I have auto pay set up he has not tried to take the money out of my account or contact me and he called one of my family members saying he was going to come get the stuff. So I called him and asked what was going on and he said he’s coming to get the stuff by tomorrow or he’s pressing charges!

They have a good selection of different items and decent prices for it being a rent to own store. Always willing to help find the perfect item to make us happy. We’ve used them for quite a few purchases now.

Coby deliverd my family a washer and dryer set. When he was doing the setup he noticed a leak on the washer and got right to work. He got us a loaner that same evening so we didnt go without. Today he deliverd our fixed washer. He went above and beyond for my family. I will give them more business due to this curtis and professional young man.

The worst experience ever with the new manager kennan..he's an absolute nightmare i always paid my stuff paid off lots of things. Got sick and missed work and was only 100 bucks behind and he came and took the stuff...mind u it was already trash but it was cheap tons of stains and burn holes .no starts will never rent from them again.

Went in to shop local for a refrigerator! The manager was quick to talk trash on competitors (Aarons and Rent a Center by name) asking why my elderly mother was buying a fridge if my husband and I own the property (she has her own home on our property and needed an upgrade on her fridge). Very condescending when speaking to you. He shared a lot of "oh yeah well I heard Rent a Center and Aarons blah blah blah". Reading the contract it said option coverage and I inquired about it, he answered "thats if a tornado comes and wipes everything out we won't change you for the fridge". I asked my husband if our homeowners insurance covers that and the manager said "actually it's not oprional" I commented that why would a legal contract convey its optional if it isn't just that, optional? He informed me "Its optional for me to rent to you too so...". I decided to take my business and money elsewhere! It's not an option to be that rude and expect people to utilize your services or recommend you. Literally had made the first payment t and only had to sign the papers. Instead we took a refund and left. The store is dirty, it smells bad, the furniture is dirty, damaged (even the "new" products) burn marks and stains on furniture.... felt more like a yard sale with a depressed middle aged man running the show rather than a profession place to conduct business!

Rick and Kurt are the most amazing people I've ever dealt with day I've always gone out of their way to help me make sure that I'm happy with anything I ever got and even have called to check up on me even when I didn't have something from them and a current contract they just called to check up on me and see how things were really great amazing people their customer service can't be beat and I could actually honestly say that I consider them friends because they are so amazing
