Rent 1st

Apparently They Don’t rent to family but claim to be a family establishment and several of their workers that they have now rent out to their own Family. My father is the owner‘s brother-in-law, and when we moved to Madill our whole house was furnished by them and now they’re saying that I can’t rent it all because I am family but claimed to be a family establishment. Honestly, I would recommend going somewhere else I would take your business to Rent-A-Center or Aaron’s! One of the workers tried to say that my mom couldn’t rent from them because she was my mom, but her and my biological father aren’t even together. He’s with some other woman and they have kids. but I have heard multiple times being said in the store went out to your family. We are a family establishment, but they aren’t. I would highly recommend going somewhere else. It isn’t worth it.

Aaron came out after they closed so I could have my washer and dryer. He is so good. Customer service is awesome. I would recommend Rent 1st for all your needs and wants.

Man the place is so bad. Everything is so overpriced. They wanted close to 2 grand for a ps5. My guy they are like 600 bucks And the man i worked with made me feel like I was interrupting his day.

Taylor and Aaron moved my furniture BOTH times and were great. Very professional. They even helped me rearrange the furniture they brought to my house.

Gave me a tore couch and when trying to return tried to say the damge was wear and tear and couldnt take it. 0/10 dont use this company new management is ridiculous

I origionally was going to RAC, but they were just unprofessional all around. Rent 1st was then suggested to me, and i have to say Mike and Kurt are absolutely amazing!!! They are so nice, patient, and very professional. They have handled any questions, concerns, and problems I have had in a timely manner, and they definitely made us feel valued as a customers, and not just a dollar sign. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Will not be back. Felt like we were interrupting his day. Even took a personal phone call and ignored us.

This store and the employees especially the manager are a joke. First off they are rude and unprofessional. They treated me like a criminal. I just needed a laptop for a couple weeks until my new one comes but they wanted me to rent by the month instead of paying weekly as I thought was going to be. I don't know how this store stays in business. They fought harder to not rent me the computer then they did trying to help s prospective customer. I wouldn't go to this place if I was you. Save yourself the headache and frustration and go to a real rental store like Buddy's or Rent a center.

Great customer service Very helpful, quick and efficient. Good products with lots to choose from. I'm very impressed. Definitely recommend checking them out

I am a loyal customer who has paid off several accounts. They found out that we were going to Aaron’s for a gaming computer so they tried to win our business. They gave us a computer that simply wasn’t a gaming computer but they tried to pass it off as one. When they delivered the computer, we found out immediately that it wasn’t what we were told it was and long story.:, I called them immediately to tell them it didn’t have enough storage and it wasn’t a gaming console; they made more promises that they couldn’t provide and now refuses to give us the credit or money back. Rent 1s lied to us and now refuses to honor their promises,

Nate and Mike are the best! He’s always been super sweet! Easy to work with! I’ve been doing business with them for a long time. My washer went out I called to see what they had and I had a washer delivered within a couple of hours. When my couch became too much he made the switch to something smaller they made the process so easy! Highly recommend!

I just got an icebox from them and a stereo cabinet with a fireplace built in and absolutely 100% customer service they are very good to deal with thank you

Both Matt and Jacob Anders who delivered my sectional and same day was very professional, kind and respectful gentlemen. They need a raise or recognition. And overall the service was exceptional! If I can give over a 5 Star review because I would, so 5+ stars . Thank you guys and rent 1st . I applaud and appreciate both the delivery team/guys and the staff . I will definitely keep doing business with them.

These guys including the district manager are crooks. We only needed a washer and dryer for a few weeks put our payment on autopay. We gave two weeks notice that we needed them to pick up their appliances. They charged us for two more weeks and picked up their appliances. They refuse to give a refund even though it is their mistake. They laughed at my wife for bringing it to their attention. Knowing we had no way of getting our money back. Stealing from good paying customers seems to be okay for them. Buyer beware, if they do that what else are they capable of. I also contacted their corporate office. No response so It seems the whole company makes money off of unsuspecting people and don't care who they rip off!

I’ve been renting from them for about 6 years now and they have always been willing to work with me and have never had a problem helping me out! There was one manager that wasn’t very good and I’m glad he’s not there anymore. Dustin and his crew are always so kind and professional when I go in to make a payment or even call to ask about something. I’m never disappointed and they always understand! Wouldn’t ask for a better crew! :)

The store manager Billy, has such an awesome person he has been so helpful and shows so much respect and a positive attitude. I recommend him and his store to everyone..
