Seriously don't understand the Bruce guy that works here. I've gotten calls multiple times and I've even blocked a number they've tried calling me from. I bought couches from them last year and I had no interest in doing business with them again. Bruce called me today and I said I didn't need anything and he said "I wish I could get at that point in my life" and I told him to please stop calling me and he said "so you really have no interest in doing business with us again". Really disgusting attitude from him and will definitely not recommend anyone to shop here.

Bruce, delivered my living room furniture and my bunk bed when he said. He was very friendly, put all furniture together. I would have to say he was more friendly, then people at the grocery store. I felt like he was helpful in every way. We need more people like him in this world. I plan to do more sales with him in the future.

Best place to go for furniture, the staff are very friendly and will work with your needs. I recently moved and when our couch didn’t fit they offered us a new one that works with our payments. My wife is very picky and they managed to fulfill every request she asked for ! Love them !

Figure Id get an Xbox, so I ordered a new one. Get a phone call saying its ready to be picked up and to bring some paperwork. I get there and the gentleman goes to the office to get it, Im expected a boxed, new system. It was used, a controller, xbox and power cord. I get home and take a closer look. Nope, this thing looks like it was rolled through the mud, scuffs, nastiness in the cooling system. I get it set up, connect the controller, which was heavily used and dirty, some of the buttons stick, dont even work. I call the guy and was asked if Im being charged for a new system, because thats what I ordered. He said nope, I am getting a discount due to it being used. Next day I check the contract, Im being charged for a brand new system! Oh heck no. Then I call about the controller and he said he'd order one. I waited 5 days, no call. I finally got tired of all this, bagged it in a walmart bag, walk in and said Im returning it, he whips out the controller. I just shook my head. Shoot if you gave me the controller on Monday I might have just kept the Xbox and cleaned it up. Then I told him everything I put above. I walked out. I was better off going to a pawn shop or something. This place is sad, you dont get what you expect to get. Most of the stuff in that building is used, you can tell when you walk in, everything is dirty and looks used. Its over priced, for used, damaged product. Never again.

I had a very disappointing experience with this rent-to-own company. From the beginning, the communication felt excessive. They would start calling and texting the day before a payment was due, again on the due date, and continue if there was any delay. If you’re only one or two days late because of circumstances outside your control, don’t be surprised if they send employees to your home. Having someone show up at my door over a payment that was only a day or two late felt intimidating and unnecessary. I understand that businesses need to collect payments, but there was very little empathy or willingness to work with me after I missed work due to circumstances beyond my control. It felt like collecting the money was their only priority, rather than treating customers with respect. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this company unless you’re absolutely certain you’ll never have a late payment. If you’re considering a rent-to-own option, I’d recommend looking into Aaron’s instead. In my experience, they were much more understanding and didn’t constantly call, text, or send employees to my home over a payment.

Bruce is so rude the way he talks to people I don’t see how they are still in business! I just paid my bill last week I have auto pay set up he has not tried to take the money out of my account or contact me and he called one of my family members saying he was going to come get the stuff. So I called him and asked what was going on and he said he’s coming to get the stuff by tomorrow or he’s pressing charges!

Everything has bed bugs

They have a good selection of different items and decent prices for it being a rent to own store. Always willing to help find the perfect item to make us happy. We’ve used them for quite a few purchases now.

Coby deliverd my family a washer and dryer set. When he was doing the setup he noticed a leak on the washer and got right to work. He got us a loaner that same evening so we didnt go without. Today he deliverd our fixed washer. He went above and beyond for my family. I will give them more business due to this curtis and professional young man.

The worst experience ever with the new manager kennan..he's an absolute nightmare i always paid my stuff paid off lots of things. Got sick and missed work and was only 100 bucks behind and he came and took the stuff...mind u it was already trash but it was cheap tons of stains and burn holes .no starts will never rent from them again.

Went in to shop local for a refrigerator! The manager was quick to talk trash on competitors (Aarons and Rent a Center by name) asking why my elderly mother was buying a fridge if my husband and I own the property (she has her own home on our property and needed an upgrade on her fridge). Very condescending when speaking to you. He shared a lot of "oh yeah well I heard Rent a Center and Aarons blah blah blah". Reading the contract it said option coverage and I inquired about it, he answered "thats if a tornado comes and wipes everything out we won't change you for the fridge". I asked my husband if our homeowners insurance covers that and the manager said "actually it's not oprional" I commented that why would a legal contract convey its optional if it isn't just that, optional? He informed me "Its optional for me to rent to you too so...". I decided to take my business and money elsewhere! It's not an option to be that rude and expect people to utilize your services or recommend you. Literally had made the first payment t and only had to sign the papers. Instead we took a refund and left. The store is dirty, it smells bad, the furniture is dirty, damaged (even the "new" products) burn marks and stains on furniture.... felt more like a yard sale with a depressed middle aged man running the show rather than a profession place to conduct business!

Chris from the Sheridan store is really helpful and cares about his customers. Always there to help when needed with fast and friendly service all the time. I highly recommend them to everyone. They will work with you and make sure you get what you need with same day fast delivery. 😊😊😊👍👍👍
