I wish I could put no stars!! Was seriously considering getting furniture but all the stuff was dirty in the store. Was looking at washers and dryers and it was live roaches in the washer. They want top dollars so USED items was going to pay cash didn't get anything due to seeing the roaches. Customer service was good products not in good shape.

We have been a long standing customers since 2021; during that time we have found that their customer service is outstanding. They will work with you if you are having trouble making a payment and really work hard on helping you keeping any merchandise. I highly recommend Rent 1st of Lawton Oklahoma. We have paid off several accounts with them so I can honestly say that the staff at the store here in Lawton are the most caring and kindhearted people.
