Paid off a washer and dryer combo within 6 months, washer went out. Paid a repair tech to come out, it had been sold to me after being infested with roaches. Went to store, was told they wouldn't do anything, do not recommend. Picture included of control board

Someone from this business showed up to my house. When my boyfriend opened the door they said "you know why I'm here". We do not rent from this business and don't have the time to deal with idiots that wanna use their work to build their nonexistent ego. Also, called management the next day to let them know they shouldn't be doing that and he said "it depends". Please update your customer service skills and don't show up again.

Terrible customer service. Placed order online. Was texting with associate and thought that my order was placed and delivery would be soon. Called 2 days later. They said I stopped texting and answering their questions and they took it upon themselves to cancel my order even though I have several messages I sent them asking for an update. No notice or anything. I wish I would have known they cancelled my my order. It’s Thursday evening and we have a get together Saturday and now I have no furniture. Communication from that store is absolutely terrible.
