Customer reviews
Man the place is so bad. Everything is so overpriced. They wanted close to 2 grand for a ps5. My guy they are like 600 bucks And the man i worked with made me feel like I was interrupting his day.
Will not be back. Felt like we were interrupting his day. Even took a personal phone call and ignored us.
This store and the employees especially the manager are a joke. First off they are rude and unprofessional. They treated me like a criminal. I just needed a laptop for a couple weeks until my new one comes but they wanted me to rent by the month instead of paying weekly as I thought was going to be. I don't know how this store stays in business. They fought harder to not rent me the computer then they did trying to help s prospective customer. I wouldn't go to this place if I was you. Save yourself the headache and frustration and go to a real rental store like Buddy's or Rent a center.
Loyd and Isiah did amazing delivering and setting up my new bed for me yesterday!! Thank you!
Kind of on the high side of pricing but what do expect from a rent to own business. Customer service was excellent the guy we talked with was very professional and polite.
