Would never rent from this place…again I should say! Awful customer service will come to your doorstep they day payment is due but then won't accept cash! You return their things and they still charge you then you ask for the refund you deserve because you no longer have their items and they get rude and start yelling.

Horrible customer service. Would never recommend this location. The Pauls Valley location is much better to deal with. The employees here can't comprehend English and when they ask if there's anything they can do to help and you make them a suggestion, they deny it. Take your business elsewhere.
