My husband was a couple days late they show up yesterday demanding there stuff back while in the middle of all this arguing and back and forth I got a call my dad was in a wreck and totaled his car so we asked if they could come back today sometime they show up at 9 am pounding on the door messaging to file theft charges and messaged saying my husband was a thief. They are absolute trash don’t rent from these people ever. My husband met them and gave them there stuff back after confronting him about the mean messages he sent they got into a argument then after he was leaving he flipped my husband off and started talking more crap very childish on there part. Very unprofessional of them. I give 1 star if I could I wouldn’t leave a star at all

If we could give Dakota 100 stars we would have! Dakota brought our laundry set and in order to have it put into place, he went out of his way to move refrigerator. From start to finish of this transaction he was friendly and professional!

I don't recommend ever getting anything from rent 1st. I was late 1 time and only behind $186 and their corporate home office wanted to threaten me with 2 FELONIES if I didn't return the items, they were threatening to bring the cops to my apartment. Absolutely ridiculous. 0 STARS.

Apparently They Don’t rent to family but claim to be a family establishment and several of their workers that they have now rent out to their own Family. My father is the owner‘s brother-in-law, and when we moved to Madill our whole house was furnished by them and now they’re saying that I can’t rent it all because I am family but claimed to be a family establishment. Honestly, I would recommend going somewhere else I would take your business to Rent-A-Center or Aaron’s! One of the workers tried to say that my mom couldn’t rent from them because she was my mom, but her and my biological father aren’t even together. He’s with some other woman and they have kids. but I have heard multiple times being said in the store went out to your family. We are a family establishment, but they aren’t. I would highly recommend going somewhere else. It isn’t worth it.
