Rent 1st

Let me start off by saying that this store is ran by crooks in my opinion. I rented a washer and dryer from them when they brought it out they charged me full price for a brand new one and it was obviously used and beat up. I had them come pick it up and they acted like it was nothing oh mistake. They came and picked it up over 2 weeks ago they just took $162.00 out of my account for something I don't have I don't have a contract for. They're crooks. I wouldn't do business with them if I was you but that's my opinion. They also did this to one of my neighbors.

READ TO LEARN: I really don't understand how this place is still open for business. 1st thing is the parking lot. It is already incredibly difficult to pull into your business so why not take 2 seconds and go out front and fill in that giant hole!! 2nd. Everything on their showroom floor is damaged in some way. I bumped into a coffee table and I swear to you cockroaches come running out of a crack on the table. The management treats the customers like they owe him something and if you disagree or even attempt to argue your case he sends out someone to pick up your stuff. BED BUGS! BED BUGS! BED BUGS! They have them and so will you! Go to Aaron's. I've been with them since they opened and after going inside of Rent First in Durant I understand why I never went anywhere else! Do yourself a favor and just keep driving!
