Connie was the best! There was an issue with my account and my chair and she fixed the whole problem. Connie went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. I will be back. Connie is a huge asset to RAC.

I love the staff at the fordyce Arkansas location. The manager Connie has been wonderful with me! They are always so polite, patient and understanding everything I visit.

0/10 would not recommend!! They had us waiting three days for our merchandise. We gave the a address and they went to the wrong address. Answer the phone and hung up in my face. Told me SHUT UP over the phone very rude and unprofessional. All they do is lie and give you the run around. Told me they would refund me my money but never did. Told me they would send my merchandise to someone who was in my jurisdiction but never did. Always short stuff but never hiring.
Had us scheduled for a time but they didn’t make it.. me & my wife kept calling but they stop answering. Even picked the phone up just to hang it up. When they finally delivered they delivered to the wrong address and still won’t pick up the phone now. Never again

The best rent a center by far. They even helped me pull a prank on my husband as part of his anniversary surprise big screen TV delivery. The best group of people. The manager is also so nice and so professional. Will never go to a different store.
