They require you to fill out a paper form, with all your info, including social security to start the process. Yes, a paper form. Not online. Location needs to be looked at, especially for CC scamming or ID fraud
Had to file a police report for harassment they called my job 10 times in one day and threaten to come to my job and house which someone stole the item the worst store ever

At this location, only deal with Jose, the store manager, and there is another Jose who is an account manager. They are both very professional and understanding. The lady (Yajaira) that I spoke to today, who was extremely rude and very uncooperative, indirectly made me feel like I had no right to establish new business with the store. I have been doing business with RAC for the past 10 years.
