Had to file a police report for harassment they called my job 10 times in one day and threaten to come to my job and house which someone stole the item the worst store ever

I just got off the phone with them and both the girl who answered sorry I forgot her name and the store manager were so pleasant to speak to hopefully we're able to proceed. Thank you! As a person who has worked in customer service for 15+years I give credit where it's do when it comes to great customer service. Thank you all!
At this location, only deal with Jose, the store manager, and there is another Jose who is an account manager. They are both very professional and understanding. The lady (Yajaira) that I spoke to today, who was extremely rude and very uncooperative, indirectly made me feel like I had no right to establish new business with the store. I have been doing business with RAC for the past 10 years.
