They put my pregnant partner through the worst experience today. We hope they take action because what they did today was totally wrong, and we will take action! FERNANDO THE DRIVER, don't mess with women, be a little cordial and respectful, especially when there are two women in the middle of an argument, you shouldn't have to butt in and threaten!
They came to my door today with the worst attitude wanting to take an item without first reaching an agreement and politically they should notify before arriving at the house and they did not and let it be known that I have evidence of Miss Lisa with red hair and glasses white complexion and Mr. Fernando an old guy who started arguing with me over a pregnant woman. THEY NEED A COURT ORDER TO PROCEED TO MY HOME WHICH IS PRIVATE PROPERTY!! I ASKED FOR A DOCUMENT TO WHICH LISA ONLY SPOKE ON THE PHONE WHILE I ASKING HER ABOUT SAID ORDER, TOTALLY INCORRECT, THEY NEED MY PERMISSION ACCORDING TO THE CONTRACT TO ENTER MY HOUSE, IN CONCLUSION NOTHING WAS DONE LEGALLY!! I DON'T KNOW IF THEY BROUGHT FERNANDO TO PUT ME IN THE MUDED BUT THEY MANAGED TO MAKE A PREGNANT WOMAN FEEL BAD, LET IT BE RECORDED THAT THE PAYMENT WAS MADE AND I HOPE THEY CHANGE STORES! Between the argument with Lisa who had on call to Carmen there were threats of calling the police, I even offered to do it myself because I understood that the situation and the measures they were taking were not correct, I contacted Mr. Anthony, the store manager, what he tells me that he just arrived at the store and had no idea what was going on, but I told him that I had no interest in discussing this situation with him, because since I know that they are all colleagues they were going to keep to themselves, I hope to resolve this situation with customer service and that both are reported !!! I have audio evidence from my home camera and I hope no newly pregnant woman has to go through this. FERNANDO WORKS AS A DRIVER AND HE TOLD ME A LOT OF THINGS. AFTER I TOLD HIM MULTIPLE TIMES ABOUT MY PREGNANCY, HE DIDN'T CARE. I TOLD HIM NOT TO GET MESSED WITH A WOMAN. EVEN LISA TOLD HIM TO GO TO SLEEP. HE DIDN'T WANT TO DO IT!!!

Had great experience the set that came was to small and asked for another they kindly said yes Anthony 🤙🏽 is Awesome always greeted with a smile spoken very well and friendly took his time to explain everything each staff I had encountered was nice and willing to help the delivery guys work well and make sure everything is set up right nice guys thanks much looking forward to renting more things
