This place is trash. I had a employee come to my home and when I did not answer the door they tried to enter my home turning my door knob. I don’t even have an account with rent a center. Someone who lives in my home does. Then a letter was put in my door after a complete pay off was made saying that the account holder should be fearful and not take the letter lightly as there were going to be serious repercussions if the $13 balance was not paid.

I rented a fridge here for 1 mo while we dealt with our broken one. Service was fantastic. We got our fridge, which was a brand new one, came I think next day if I’m remembering right. Delivery and pick up guys were really great too. Everyone was very friendly and easy to work with. The fridge was actually pretty nice too. Definitely recommend!

If I could give them zero stars . Lol that would be my first thing. However the lack of communication and information on a delivery that has taken over 2 hours longer and I have been here at my house since 12 and it is 4pm and have called them twice today for an update on where they are. And Samantha did not want to answer the phone to give me any such info. This is unprofessional but I guess it’s expected when I went to a place in Hilton. Yes I’m that person right now. Professionalism is a lost art and I guess they assume people have nothing better to do then wait at home with no clue as to when they may show up. Ridiculous.

Mattress i got is awesom, service i got was definitely not as good. Lady i dealt with was rather snippy and then when it was delivered i has to set the platform up myself, i mean wasnt to hard but isnt that the point of their who niche
