Chuck and Tony helped me Greatly . Went in wanting a specific washer and dryer combo (was saying out of stock ) . Turns out they just came in and chuck was unloading them as I came In . They Got me taken care of and was even able to deliver it ..in my basement … 2 hours after that . NOW THATS EXCEPTIONAL customer service . Thanks guys . I’ll be back

Today I woke up and my fridge had went completely out I was devastated considering I just bought groceries so u know the struggle Thanks to rent-A-Center on the West side of Hamilton had my back I called and spoke to Chuck who as soon as he heard my food was going bad he was a immediately a helping hand and found me a fridge ASAP and as soon as his partner Tony got back to the store he hop on delivering the fridge to my house and got me hook up I am very grateful for my experience today and I 100% recommend them to anyone in need of electronic appliances furniture u name they got it
Tony was the best guy to work with he was super cool and efficient with helping us and was a pleasure to meet and have give us a helping hand highly recommend that man for sure
If you’re in the Hamilton area, definitely go see Tony & Chuck at the Hamilton location! They had my delivery set up in less than 24 hours and made the whole process super easy. Funny story, my door wouldn’t fully latch, and they ended up having to remove it just to get the couch inside and then put it back on for me. Now I’m over here like, “maintenance who? 😆” Huge thanks again to them! Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had with a place like this. Everyone was so welcoming, and we were laughing the whole time we were there. Great people and an overall great experience! 😊
Chris and chuck were great help! If you they don’t have something you want they will find it for you and even get it delivered on time. I definitely recommend this rent a center.
Chuck is amazing, after not being super satisfied after I paid off My bedroom set he, called me personally to see what's going on and why. He fixed everything and was super professional about it. I would highly recommend he goes above and beyond for his customers to make sure they are happy and satisfied 😌 😊. They do go above and beyond to find the items you're wanting or needing if they don't have it in stock.
