If you’re in the Hamilton area, definitely go see Tony & Chuck at the Hamilton location! They had my delivery set up in less than 24 hours and made the whole process super easy. Funny story, my door wouldn’t fully latch, and they ended up having to remove it just to get the couch inside and then put it back on for me. Now I’m over here like, “maintenance who? 😆” Huge thanks again to them! Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had with a place like this. Everyone was so welcoming, and we were laughing the whole time we were there. Great people and an overall great experience! 😊

Chris and chuck were great help! If you they don’t have something you want they will find it for you and even get it delivered on time. I definitely recommend this rent a center.

Chuck is amazing, after not being super satisfied after I paid off My bedroom set he, called me personally to see what's going on and why. He fixed everything and was super professional about it. I would highly recommend he goes above and beyond for his customers to make sure they are happy and satisfied 😌 😊. They do go above and beyond to find the items you're wanting or needing if they don't have it in stock.

The store experience was the best I’ve ever had, they helped us as soon as we came in the door and got us through all the paperwork pretty quick and had a delivery date within two days! The delivery guys Chris and Sebastian went above and beyond, they were on time and got my monstrous dryer out with ease (Of course they had to take the door off the laundry room that goes outside to get it out) but they did it with no problems and got the new one in. They were very friendly and nice so if we need anything in the future, we will be coming back to this store on Main St. in Hamilton and will be requesting Chris and Sebastian to deliver again. Thank you all so very much!!

Every time they have delivered they have been kind and helpful never fussed about anything even my fridge no being able to fit through my door🤣🤣 they will always be great! Even Tony or chuck always great!! Definitely recommend!
