Customer reviews
They always call me asking for a payment when I already paid. They don't check their system. I've never been late or not paid but still get calls asking for a payment. Start checking your system and calling the people that haven't paid but I do and shouldn't be getting calls like that. Smh
Sent my elderly mom and grandmother a faulty lawnmower and refused to refund their money even though it didn’t work upon arrival. Dirty people work here. The lawnmower sounded like it was going to blow up and was smoking so bad. When she asked for a refund they said that’s not possible and that’s just the way it is. Do not rent from here!
Absolutely rude and dishonest customer service. I was told my delivery would be set for today to bring my new furniture and pick up the other set that I was returning. My husband had to take the day off work to sign the new rental agreement just to be told that they did not tell me it would be delivered today when yes in fact they did and they expect my husband to take off Wednesday to be here between 11:00 and 3:00 to sign the agreement they refused to take any accountability and even hung up on me. I definitely would not recommend renting from them. If you like their furniture I suggest a different Aaron's store

Mr. Bill at the Aaron’s, Hamilton location has been unbelievably kind and understanding throughout my entire renting process. I recently had a personal medical emergency and was unable to communicate with the team for an extended period of time. Mr. Bill has made sure my experiences were that of no stress and heard me as a person and not just a customer or payout. This type of sympathy and compassion for your job are few and far between.
We have paid over 24 payments. We signed up for a lease under the impression that we would be paying the same monthly fee every month for 24 months and be done. When we were close to the date to end our lease, we cane and spoke to them in person in December 2024, we were told there was a balance of about $640. We could either pay the balance or we could continue to make the $149 monthly payments. We agreed to continue to pay the fees till June. Fast forward to today, they're saying because we didn't pay the same as 120 days, some unexplained fees were added and we still owe hundreds. We came to clarufy all of this in December 2025. They failed to tell us that. I called corporate and they refused to talk to us. Said they needed to call is back and it would be 24 hours befoe they would call us back. This is not how we do business. That is very deceptive. We have never missed a payment or paid late and the fact that we even came to this location and clarify this and they failed to disclose this information is sickening. That is not how you do business. Waiting for a phone call back. If you too were deceived, please come forward. Is this how business is being conducted in 2025? Shop local and avoid this corporate BS.
