I have been doing business here off an on for over 15 years since they were over by the old HEB and became 1 store. And its only gone down hill. Most recently I ordered a washer and dryer set offline on a Sunday out of emergency as mine is dying. Online said they would be delivered the following Friday. Apparently someone did call my husband (found out later), from a personal number and never left a message, how professional. So I called the following week to find out why no one called. We were offered a used set when paid for a new one, then offered a set we didn't want, then ultimately told we'd have to wait another week for it to come in, that's fine. The next Saturday Destiny calls from the store line, and asks if she can deliver the set right now. I tell her im out of town and ask her to call my husband at home and speak with him as hes about to leave and can possibly accept the delivery right now, if not call me back and ill set up for when im back in town! He never received the call or a message, she never called me back! Of course the whole Saturday came and went and its now Sunday again, there closed. It's now going on 3 weeks of this song and dance of trying to buy a washer and dryer I was promised 2 weeks ago... In the past they continued to reach out on their private numbers that we dont answer, then block because they dont leave messages saying who they are or are with and kept calling, pretty much harassment. So now there's a mile long list of numbers blocked, they still use. The stores numbers that the caller ID label as Rent A Center aren't blocked, but they cant seem to reach us to deliver our set. I will be reaching out again to the store tomorrow, and to the district again as I have before again tomorrow. Sad way to start yet another contract.

They delivered my washer & dryer set & did not give me no new hoses for washer or air ventilation that went to dryer. I called up there that following Monday they told me they woul be out to my house the next day to put hoses on washer, I have not heard from RAC till today which is Saturday & the reason I heard from them today is because my payment is due! S M H

We love this store! The staff treat us amazing and are always helpful! We have rented and paid off a few things from here. Their option for weekly payments has helped make things easier on us. And if you don't see it in store they will happily order it for you!

Fantastic Management and Staff!! I needed a washer and was given the opportunity to pick and choose without influence. The washer I selected did not work. Without hesitation, the manager (Ms. Martinez) ordered me a new one and was delivered the morning after from out of town. The skilled customer service attitude combined with the industry of the entire staff is great. Go to 311 W 19th
