I dont think they are even worth one star. Wasn't pleased with there service. They where not completely honest about the information I needed for getting equipment. When I didn't give them some more information the manager got vary disrespectful. They also don't seem to care for new customer. I will never go back or refer anyone there!!
Worst experience dealing with a business. They lie straight to your face then act as if they don't know whats going on when you call them on it. Its sad honestly. I spent hundreds of dollars for absolutely nothing. I got a PC from them . When I get home there is no power cord . So I had to sit and look at it all weekend. Then they tried to make me pay for the time I had it . Such a joke of a company

I’ve used RAC for over 10 years and the Caldwell store is my favorite. They are polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. We’ve never had trouble and as long as you communicate they are willing to do what they can to help you.

Do not trust this place. I have paid 109.00 a month for 19 months on a computer and now it's not working properly the manager wanted to send it out with no loaner during Christmas season to have it looked at. That is unacceptable for the amount of money I paid for it. The manager said he sold it to me in working order and it's MY problem now it's not working right. This is the last time I buy something "rent to own"
I heard from a friend that they went to get a sectional and there was a cockroach 🪳 walking across the sectional 😳 before they had got there Terminix had just left the store ! Im glad she didn’t get one from there so gross 🤮

I really enjoy RAC Alex and Casey made my time there an amazing experience to get merchandise that is hard to get anywhere else by helping with flexible payments.
Maria is the absolute sweetest!! I highly recommend talking to her if possible! She is outstanding and always puts her customers first!! She's the only one who takes the time to get to know you and makes things work like a dream as far as payments and needing anything moving forward! She deserves to have a promotion or raise! She is a absolute gem!
