HORRIBLE experience dealing with the so called manager Anna ! My furniture was scheduled to be delivered today and when I called and she answered I asked hey wasn’t my delivery scheduled for today she said no I believe tomorrow so I told her why didn’t you guys call and let me know and I wouldn’t have canceled my plans ! Then she was straight up rude and disrespectful and tells me do you still want the delivery for tomorrow or should I cancel and then tells me i called yelling and coming at her when I actually talked nice and just said why didn’t you guys at least inform me I’m just shocked that a manager talks to costumer’s like that geez !!!

The absolute worst experience with manager Anna. Hung up on me two times on the phone today as I was explaining our policies in place. Mind you, this is a business she is speaking with. She is extremely disrespectful and has no regard for others. I can hardly believe she holds a managing position with such awful customer service skills. I’m absolutely floored. Do better regional managers + corporate leads. What a poor look for your place of business. I left messages with corporate, still no call back at this time.

Went in to shop today 1/29/26 Gerry Was super professional he had 2 customers in the store he came over and greeted me asked me if I didn't mind waiting he had 2 people before me. Than he offered me a bottle of water. Then I watch as he took time to explain a bill to the customer before me who had questions about there bill. Then it came my turn he apologized for the wait and we talked and I advised him I wanted a washer and dryer and a bedroom set and that I would be moving to very soon like February 19th he walked me through picking the perfect bedroom set for me and washer and dryer. he also showed me there website to look at. Only thing that stop me from doing it today was my verification of lease

This store is HORRIBLE. Ana the manager is HORRIBLE and so is Jerry. I’ve called about my problem with my furniture for 6 MONTHS straight and still haven’t gotten a call back.
The store workers are the friendliest...makes me feel good going in the store everytime knowing I'm walking into a good nice environment
Gerry, Jeno and Ana are some of the best people to go through, they've been so much help since we started renting from them. Thank yall so much for always being respectful and treating your costumers to the best of your ability.
