If you make a mistake, you aren’t afraid to admit it and you correct it as soon as possible. I’ve gotten my bedroom set, living room furniture, TV, dining table, and even a dryer from them, and everything has been smooth from start to finish. Amy, the store manager, runs a solid operation—professional, organized, and always looking out for her customers. Tyler, the assistant manager (soon to be manager), is awesome to work with. He’s helpful, knowledgeable, and you can tell he really cares about making sure you’re taken care of. Shoutout as well to Dylan, Izzy, and Austin—they’re always friendly, respectful, and willing to go the extra mile. Whether it’s in-store or during delivery, the whole team makes the process easy. If you’re looking for furniture, appliances, or electronics and want good service from a team that actually cares, I highly recommend this locatIon.
They are not professional, and after l paid off my account, they try to still charge me, l will Never do business with their business ever.
I give Rent-a-Center 5 Stars because of Amy and Tyler in Bullhead City, AZ store. They have great Customer Service skills and work with you when you have a problem. They don't turn their backs and in other words tell you it's your problem you deal with it alone! No, not Amy and Tyler, they go out of their way to help you with whatever you want or need! WTG guys!
Easy process & friendly staff! I appreciated being able to shop without being bothered, but eager to help when I was ready. Cameron was a great salesman, he ended up delivering my stuff as well. Extremely professional and would recommend this store to anyone looking for furniture!
