One thing that is missing in most businesses is great customer service, which you have and I so appreciate it! If you make a mistake, you aren’t afraid to admit it and you correct it as soon as possible. I truly feel that honesty and integrity are how you run your business and Bullhead City is so lucky to have you as part of our community! I would recommend that if anyone wants great products, great pricing and GREAT service to Buy or Rent they definitely need to stop by and talked to the GREAT crew at RAC!! Thanks again!

I’ve gotten my bedroom set, living room furniture, TV, dining table, and even a dryer from them, and everything has been smooth from start to finish. Amy, the store manager, runs a solid operation—professional, organized, and always looking out for her customers. Tyler, the assistant manager (soon to be manager), is awesome to work with. He’s helpful, knowledgeable, and you can tell he really cares about making sure you’re taken care of. Shoutout as well to Dylan, Izzy, and Austin—they’re always friendly, respectful, and willing to go the extra mile. Whether it’s in-store or during delivery, the whole team makes the process easy. If you’re looking for furniture, appliances, or electronics and want good service from a team that actually cares, I highly recommend this locatIon.
