Everyone at The RAC in Connersville Indiana is so customer centric and absolutely a pleasure to do, business with. Delivery is “white glove” to perfection! It’s my first experience with RAC and I’m so pleased.

I’m not happy at all with the chair I was delivered. It was obviously used and dirty. It had animal hair on it, smelled like a dog and the remote was sticky. I’m very disappointed and won’t be using rent a center anymore when my items are paid off. Not impressed.

The staff at the Connersville location is always so helpful and friendly. They have great products and amazing customer service! I highly suggest using RAC for all your furniture and other items.

Started out great. Friendly staff and all. But when something breaks down they didn't fix it. Now I'm stuck with a washer that doesn't work and I have to pay for it of I want it fix. Not happening. **Update 7/23/2020 The dryer that they were supposed to have fixed, well it has broken down again too. Doing the same exact thing that it was doing before. It won't be long that I will replace it too. However it won't be from our local RAC.
