I went in for a mattress and what I got was some of the best, most diligent customer service I’ve ever experienced from Rent-A-Center and in general. I highly recommend working with the staff at this location to get what you need in a timely fashion! A great experience. Met some challenges in getting what I needed right away, but was worked with to ensure everything that could be done was done.

I’ve never had a problem with the glenwood ave store in Binghamton Always upfront honest and very friendly I have made a few purchases from them and always a delight jc is the one I talked to the most and he’s an amazing employee he’s very kind and made sure I was taken care of in a timely manner thank you

I ALWAYS have an exceptional experience with my home rac. The people ,JC is the one who I usually deal with.. he is awesome. The crew they have there is very informative and if I need something specific they go above and beyond to try to find it for me. That’s the reason I’ve dealt with my RAC store for well over 20 + years

Was renting to own a mobile phone. When I told them I was having issues with the phone and did everything on my ended to fix the possible issue. Went to drop it off to have it sent in to have it fix. They would do they same thing I did multiple times and I told them that. Each time they would then send me on my way. Telling me to tell them if that worked. I would call them it didn't work. Then the BS with them would start all over again. Do the fix that never works and send me on my way again. They tried selling me a broken phone and would not fix it. Also I have bought 2 other phones prior. Then never broke any phone, not even the screen. One employee told me that they would give me a phone till other phone was fixed and that they did it for other customers. Just as long as I have never had them fix phone. They string you along so you keep paying for the trash they sell.
