Tried speaking with associates there they said I reserved something in the past I told them it wasn’t me and they were being completely unprofessional about it and denied my rental bc of it

I’ve been renting items off of Rent A Center for years. Ron on State Street is awesome down to earth and genuinely cares about his customers. As a single mom of 5 the payment plans are the best way for me to achieve the bigger ticket items that I need for my home.
